  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all original packaging and tags.

  • Any product that shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.


Return Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving a wrong item or a damaged/defective product), we will fully cover the return shipping fees.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping fees (if applicable).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or wallet, as agreed with the customer.
